Outstanding edc blade. Cold steel are super tough blades, Holds an edge, the lock will not fail. The grip is textures and shaped not to slip in your hand. The clip.is not cheap. Holds up to years/decades or carry and use. I own and use lots of knives. Cold steel is my top choice and recommend brand. Use a ceramic sharpener (white rods) to keep it razor sharp. Highly recommend!

Razor, RAZOR sharp. This is also an excellent quality company and blade. Fit and feel is great. Design is great. Lock strength is superb. Easy to open with a flick, (especially if you use a small amount of oil to lubricate it, etc. Rumor has it that SOF use these. BUT, BE CAREFUL and TAKE YOUR TIME while folding in the knife. It will easily cut fingers if you don't carefully control folding it back in,

This is one robust knife. Built solid and thick. They’re known for their famous triad lock which is almost as sturdy as a fixed blade. There is no blade play whatsoever. Design of a tanto blade is not as universal a blade for everyday simple tasks and use. Thick spine throughout mainly for stabbing without the risk of easily breaking. Comes super sharp. Handle is a hard plastic with a design for good grip. Only downside is the pocket clip is short n stout and REALLY PRESSES up hard against handle making it difficult to slide in or out your pocket (not to mention it shreds up your pants too). You can try bending the clip out a little but then it becomes too much (as clip is extremely rigid and gap too big and is now loose). My opinion clip needs to be 1/4-1/2 longer and a more pliable steel. I own many Spyderco’s and the pocket clip to me is perfect. It glides smoothly in and out of my pocket yet holds firm enough not to come off. Of course the handle textures are different but if the clip was longer and less rigid that would be ideal. Other than that it’s a great n durable knife. Highly recommended.

I purchased this knife because I needed a tanto blade with a sturdy lock and this one for the bill. It came razor sharp right out of the box to the point where it felt like slicing through air when I was cutting up another box. It is also aus10a steel which is very similar to about half of my collection so I know what to expect durability wise. However, the handle feels really plasticky and cheap. While I am not concerned with it breaking during normal use it would have been nice if the handles had some mor heft to them. Otherwise I couldn’t ask for a better knife.

I absolutely love this knife and it is an outstanding EDC knife. One of my personal favorites. It comes sharpened and even though it’s not super light weight I like a little substance to my knives personally and this one has it. It’s tough, easy to sharpen, and easy to deploy. Well worth the price and a great tool for everyday use!

I waited, few years to buy this knife and glad I got one. Cold Steel has great knives with best locking system on market. First off, the handle fits perfectly in my hands. Great for a EDC, holds an edge for sure and I've used used it plenty enough say it's a great buy for your cutting chores. Can't go wrong it's tuff with reinforce aluminum liners in handle. The TRI-AD locking mechanism is safe and securely locks open. Clips in pocket somewhat of a deep carry. Very light don't even notice in pocket or waste band.

I have the xl tanto. Super big, really good edge that lasts and heavy duty. Super useful and just looks and feels great. Be careful the weight of the blade can be tricky and if you are not super careful you will cut yourself! Great knife I have it with me daily. The pocket clip can be a bit tough on clothes just take the time to listen it and it'll work great. Highly recommend this knife.

Perfect size and weight for edc. Not a monster blade like most of my knives. This one will be less likely to get me strange looks if I take it out. Big cold steel fan but most of their stuff that I have would make non knife people nervous. Lol..

La navaja de fabrica bino muy bien afilada. El tamaña es el justo que nesesito para mi día a día, el agarre y ergonómia que tiene se siente muy cómodo y comfiable. Y te incluye otro clip si eres zurdo o diestro. Lo que no me gustó para nada es que el clip es saciado duro, cuesta trabajo meterla y sacarla del bolsillo y si combinamos eso con la textura de las cachas con las que no tengo ningún problema ya que pienso que todo es culpa del clip, va rompiendo poco a poco el pantalón. Fuera de eso es una excelente navaja, la recomiendo al 100%.
