It’s the same size that I use in PT. I wanted to find a roller for home use and this one is perfect for that. It has just the right amount of firmness but there just a little bit of give on the outside of it which makes it more comfortable to use. Price was fair as well. Nothing negative to say about it. I love it.

The firmness is perfect not too hard but sturdy enough to really work out the knots in my back and legs. It’s great after a long workout or even just a long day at work. I use it for everything from stretching before yoga to massaging my legs after a run. It’s lightweight, so I can carry it to the gym or use it at home without any trouble. It’s also helped improve my flexibility over time. The only downside is that it can feel a little intense at first, especially if you’re not used to foam rolling.
