Amazing for energy boost
Be under no illusion they are not miracle weight loss pills, however what they do do is give you loads of energy which means you can work even harder at the gym or exercise which in turn will help you burn more fat 🙂 I did find though if u take them and don't work out they gave me jitters probably from the high caffeine bit if you take them for exercise purposes this doesn't affect me as I burn it all off and don't get the side affects. I'd defo recommend for a work out boost but don't buy they if your not going to exercise because you will be wasting your money

Made me ill over a period of time
Made me feel very nauseous with stomach aches after consumption of a few bottles. I question whether there are undisclosed ingredients and definitely would not recommend!

They work very well, but i found myself jittery due to the amount of caffeine in them
