Seems to help with my leg falling asleep too quickly - Burmese sitting
Nicely stitched. Well-made product. I decided to try it instead of my zafu. I usually go numb at around 30-35 mins... started to get numb at around 45 mins It seems to help with my leg falling asleep. Only meditated twice with it so far. I sit Burmese on zabuton.
