Very cheap quality and when I requested return no one turned up to pick it and when I tried to reschedule the pick up I was asked to cancel the previous return after I cancelled it there was no option to re schedule it .wantedly din turn up to pick it

1. It is not of the same type as shown in the video, particularly the adjustable velcro patch which comes at the bottom of the suitcase. 2. The size 20 inch cover is too big for a suitcase of that size. Perhaps if the velcro adjustable patch at the bottom was the same as shown in the video, better adjustments could be made depending on the suitcase model, type and size. 3. Due to the above two reasons the cover is rather big and fits the bag very loosely, instead of a correct fit. 4. Material of the cover is of good quality, the only plus point in the product.
