Being a vegetarian, I made the switch, and it's been just what I needed. I truly like that there is no fishy aftertaste because it is plant-based and made from algae rather than fish. I've had no issues taking it every day, and it's also easy on the stomach. I feel good knowing that I'm still receiving the benefits of omega-3s without sacrificing my diet.

Love that there is a algae-based omega-3 supplement from a company provided access to third-party testing. No concern for rancidity and much less risk of heavy metal contamination compared to fish oil. My kids like the smaller capsules of this dose.

I love these! I don't eat a lot of fish, so tried this out so that I could get my Omega-3s without having to change my diet. I have Sjogren's Disease, and having Omega-3s helps with the extreme dry eyes and skin that comes along with the condition. Traditional Omega-3 supplements are made with fish oil... and TASTE like it. So gross. So this was an excellent surprise because it tastes like NOTHING. But still is effective! They aren't too big, go down easily, and I only have to take 2 per day. So 5 stars from me!

The number one biggest thing is that it doesn’t leave me burping up eau de cod stank all day. I don’t have to be concerned if my breath smells like a can of Friskies, when I kiss my husband. I no longer have stray cats following me through dark alleys. It no longer tastes like low tide passing my lips.

This is a good product and worth the price.
