It’s open box not new
I ordered this item as new, but when it arrived, the box was already opened. It didn’t appear to be in brand-new condition, so I decided to return it. Disappointed with the experience

Great Value and Excellent Performance
This Lenovo All-in-One Desktop boasts a vibrant display and is powered by the robust i7-13620H making it perfect for everyday task. It is equipped with 16Gb of RAM (2x8GB) and 1Tb storage ensuring smoother experience. The only drawback for me is that it includes a wired mouse and keyboard but it shouldn't be a issue for everyone.
