Good book, some things that will help me with further learning and understanding beauty

Although not the latest edition of this book, I find it extremely helpful for the purpose that I bought it for. A good introduction to those new to the beauty industry. Not overly heavily with technical words, but enough to help the student to understand the basics of the industry.
