Why did you pick this product vs others?:we were tired of wrestling with in ground umbrellas. we have tried chairs with umbrellas attached, but they never stayed put in one position...so i wanted something with a stronger wind resistance. we are on cape cod, so the beaches are windy most days...we purchased two of these and they do the trick...no digging, positioning, or having to put an umbrella down when it gets too windy...easy to unfold chair...and just flip the shade over, it has a metal brace under the canopy that you snap into position to keep it secure...we were comfortably shaded. not too heavy to carry with over the shoulder carry bag, bag is large enough that it's not hard to return the chair to the bag...one person carried two easily, but they do have a substantial weight, not flimsy...no fuss!

I bought two for my for my 4 and 6 year old at the time which was about 3 years ago. They love these chairs.They can get on it with no issues. The canopy is great I sometimes place a towel over it to dry and also use it to block the sun from the sides or the back at times pin it with a clothing pin. It has good coverage but I prefer more coverage. I wish my chair had a canopy.What I like these are lightweight compared to the chairs me and my husband use.The canopy is very useful and needed to keep that sun off my little ones heads and eyes.Depending on the height of the children the canopy won’t cover much if they are too young or too short.I’m 5’4, spouse is 5’6 the canopy sits just right for us. I’m 280 and spouse is 220 we have sat on these while kids are playing with sand so we can duck from the sun so far they held our bodies well.My problem is now getting up out of the chair I need a bit of assistance it’s like the chair fabric is a bit dipped down when your bum is on it sort of like when u lay in a hammock. I like the height of the chair frame wish the fabric seat part was more firm. Due to this my feet do dangle and legs have fallen asleep. I have to push my body more forward.With strong winds the chair does tip over it has rolled around on the sand at beach and at the park.The bag it comes in has survived it’s still doing well. Chairs are easy to close and open. Cup holders are good for cans and bottles.Kids love the chair and me and my spouse like the chair the canopy is the best part chair is comfortable just don’t like the legs swinging back and fourth thing. I feel shorter than I am when I sit on chairs like that.

Better than I thought it would be.

Awesome chair. Well built, roomy and comfortable. It is easy to get into and out of with the canopy in the up position. Armrests are comfortable. I attend several car shows and have been looking for a shaded folding chair. I considered buying a portable canopy (10 x 10) but didn’t need that large of a shade. This chair fits my needs perfectly and fits in the trunk of my car. Set up and fold up are user friendly. A good variety of colors to choose from.

I love this chair so much! I take it with me everywhere. It’s a life saver for soccer games. The quality is great. It’s not heavy or light weight either, it’s a decent weight. I love the shade!

Purchased this chair for my daughter to use at her sons games and for going camping. She has used the chair four times so far this year (bought it in Dec 2023 and used it this spring 2024) and the canopy has broken and ripped on the fourth use. This canopy should have lasted longer than four times. She loves the chair and wanted the canopy to help keep sun off of her while watching her boys sports and or camping. Now this chair is just a chair. Apparently it really isn't worth having. Should have just bought a good camping chair. Not happy with this product.
