Best thing I've found in a long time. I take one tab in a 20 oz container of water and add 1 packet of orange Emergen-C. It's tastes good and my calves no longer bother me at night. If you are waking up with what is similiar to charlie horse (pain in calves) I would highly recommend this, I take one every other day.

My friend from Germany told me about this. I need to add calcium and this is so much easier than swallowing tablets. If you are trying to eliminate soda, the fizz is an added bonus. It tastes nice and citrus without being too sweet. The only downside is it has aspartame.
