Can this be used strictly as a watch for telling time? We are going camping and will be out of range for all cellular and wifi.

Your watch will tell the correct time as long as the battery lasts, which is usually just under a week. I use my smart phone to help me record my steps from the previous day in a file I keep. If you have a way to charge your watch while camping, you should be fine.

Is blood pressure accurate? Or is it way off? I need this watch for my blood pressure.

I also use my watch for my blood pressure and I took it with me to a doctor's appointment and the blood pressure they took was the exact same as what it measured on my watch so yes I recommend this 10 out of 10..

Just received my watch, and the packaging has a picture of a pink band on it, is there a black band before I send it back???

It says somewhere on the box that the image displayed on said box may not match the product inside. The band was pink on the box that I received as well, but upon opening, the band was black.
