I drink it every morning
I use the goat milk and add the colostrum every morning before breakfast. I use alkaline water out of the refrigerator each day so my milk is cold. I have used room temperature water in the winter and that work as well. The taste is great and most of the colostrum powder has blended but whatever is at the bottom of my shaker I just put a little water to that and it's fine. I have used the products together for about 8 days now. I do have more energy . I believe that the goat milk is good quality and the colostrum is a good quality. Remember be careful if you take probotics because of the colostrum. Oh, customer service support staff are wonderful.Note: Wait 30 minutes then eat breakfast.I do recommend the goat milk and colostrum.

Wonderful option though not cheap
Such a great option for when we run out of fresh goat milk for our twins. This is great and very convenient, the flavor is identical to regular whole goat milk you’ll buy at the store.
