Was surprised how good this works
Does a great job. I wasn't sure if this would work well, but it surprising makes great pizzas. I use my own dough recipe and preheat the machine. I use my own pizza peel, I have not used the ones provided. I would recommend to anyone that wants decent pizza but doesn't want to pay a lot for the gas or wood fired ovens.

My first pizza was a huge success, thanks to the high temperature, the crust is chewy and crunchy, my boy ate a whole .some tips: don’t make it too thick, one pound of flour can make three 10-11inches pizza.poke some holes with fork on the crust, otherwise the crust might puff and stick to the heater.preheat the baker to 600degree, put in the pizza, keep the temperature and heat for 2minutes, then turn off the baker, the remaining heat can bake the pizza for another 2-3minutes.

The media could not be loaded. We’ve had our pizza machine for just over a month now, and it is still performing well. We make pizza 2-3 times a week, using 00 flour for Italian pizza and bread flour for other types of thin-crust pizzas. Those who enjoy Italian pizza know how crucial high temperatures are to achieve the perfect crunch on the outside while maintaining softness on the inside. This machine heats up nicely and does an excellent job. It saves us time and electricity compared to leaving a pizza stone to heat up for a long time in our home oven.At first, it took us a few days to get used to using the double peel and handling the machine. We were worried about getting burned, so we always wore baking gloves (haha). Now, we feel comfortable enough to use it bare-handed, while still being careful, of course. The pizza rises and browns well on the bottom. Pizzas are usually done baking in about 5-7minutes.If sauce or cheese accidentally spills on the stone, be sure to wear gloves and scrape it away immediately to avoid smoke. We only make medium or small personal-sized pizzas. Anything larger or with too much crust tends to rise too high and touch the heating element in the machine, which can easily cause smoke. The machine also baked nicely when we tested it with liquid vegan cheese for the first time (last picture). And it can be seen being cooked in the video.We always use our machine near the nearest open window to let heat and steam escape from the house. The seller was also very responsive to any issues we encountered, for which we are grateful.Like any product, this one does have its drawbacks. The fluctuating temperatures can be confusing. The machine has measurement units (1-2-3-4-5) on the “lower” and “upper” knobs, but it would be much more helpful to have actual temperature readings displayed instead of just numbered settings. From what we understood, the thermometer at the front of the machine only displays the temperature at the top, which initially confused us. When cooking high-hydration pizzas, it’s normal for vapor to escape from the machine. However, this causes the knobs to “sweat” and drip water down (see picture). There are holes beneath the knobs, so we’re concerned about potential moisture buildup. Those are our two concerns.We hope to see more advanced models in the future, but overall, we are quite happy with the product for now. I would choose this machine any day over the more expensive options available. Plus, I can bake either inside or outside my house as long as there is a wall plug nearby. Oh, and it is actually lighter than we thought it would be, making it easy to store either horizontally or vertically to save space when we don’t want to leave it on the counter.

Pizza Oven
This oven heats with both an upper and lower heating element. A pizza stone in between the two layers allows the oven to heat up to 850 F., which results in a nice crispy crust and even heating. The oven arrived promptly, and we have enjoyed making our own pizza toppings to add to a premade crust. The pizza cooks in about 5 minutes, however, it takes at least 30 minutes to cool off enough to wipe it clean.

Doesn't last long
I bought this one 04/11/2025 and was making one or two pizza every other weekend. Overall this is not a bad pizza making machine, however, today on 05/01/2025, it has died. I've waited for the machine to cool down completely, switched electrical sockets and this thing is completely dead and is not turning on at all. It was fun while it lasted, my pizza skills from the first cook to the last cook have drastically improved. If I would you, I would look for another option, preferably something that doesn't rely on electronic for pizza making.

Best pizza oven we can think of, we use daily!
Freaking fabulous, 20 stars out of 5. Kids and I have made so many pizzas and also desserts and bread in this, it’s really easy to use. Make your own dough in a kitchenaid and fridge it for super quick snacks/meals in under ten mins. Heats up super fast, Cooks in about 4 mins and insanely easy to use and learn how to make your best pizzas. Just scrape off any accumulation on pizza stone and wait til it’s at about 700, turn down top lamp to avoid burnt cheese and rotate after about 3 mins. So easy! My pic ended up delicious even though I had a bubble, made it feel more delicious and authentic actually. I’m learning how to control the dough rising to avoid burnt parts, you will too! Frozen pizza will cook up lovely in this too, you can grab a $4-$5 frozen and it’ll taste like a $15 pizzeria pizza! Pays for itself in just a few uses!
