too expensive for me to continue with
Gluten free bread that is decent is hard to come by. This is one that I decided to give a go with. It did do the job, but for me this is too expensive to continue with.

Used it in my breadmaker but it was not successful

Delicious organic gluten free bread mix
I tried this bread mix in my Panasonic bread maker twice using the gluten free setting. First time was ok, but the second time I added 2 tablespoons of coconut oil to the tepid water and a sachet of yeast to the mix and baked it on the dark crust setting (1.5 hours) and it was amazing. Really delicious!
