Is really small and very uncomfortable the only good thing is the storage bin otherwise is not a good ídemI ask for a return the representative told me they were gonna take it back and they never didIs a really bad ídem

It is good for a very small room. It is easy put together, but it is not soft or comfortable to lay on or sit. I dont know how anyone can sleep on it. I wanted to sell it as soon as I sat on it. It is smaller than it looks in the picture.

It looks okay, but this is a terrible couch, it's super uncomfortable and it's really small, but if you pull the sleeper bed out and put a ton of padding on top, it's actually decent... It's nice to sort of recline in and watch TV, and at 6 feet tall I can just barely fit while laying down... if I lay at an angle... Without padding, it's almost like laying on the floor, without a carpet... The backrest cushions it came with are nice and quite soft, unlike the rest of the couch... This shipped in 3 packages; 1x 30lb that arrived very quickly, and 2x 75lb which came a week later. Assembly was very simple, but those 3 piece connectors were very annoying, I gave up on getting all 3 of them to line up, and settled for 2/3... You should buy a different couch...

Looks a lot smaller than the picture. The couch is also stiff but for $300 I guess you’re getting what you paid for.Installation is super simple and the directions are easy to read thanks to the pictures.If you’re over 5ft 6 this will barely fit you and a pillow above your head if you’re trying to use this as a secondary bed for guests.I wish it had some more cushion and the retractable bed was easier to pull out. It’s a pain getting in and out as it gets stuck both ways.

It went together easily but is not a very comfortable couch...but only the consensus of our group

The product quality is okay but when extended to turn it to a bed, there's noticeable gap between the l-section and the pull out section.Tried returning the product because it is very small, not ideal unless you're a small kid. However, the return experience has been less than pleasant. There's complete communication mismatch between Amazon and UPS with Amazon creating so many labels but UPS only receiving one and hence cannot return the whole product because it was shipped in 3 boxes. Therefore, UPS will only take only one box.Tried customer service many times they just keep ping ponging me to talk to the other company. Horrendous experience.DON'T BUY unless you need it for very small space.

I like the price and how easy it was to put together, but it’s not worth it. I can’t sit on it for more than a few minutes because you can feel the wood inside of it. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money on a comfier couch.

It's a really cute couch and easy to put together, it's just not very comfortable to sit on or lay on. But for 300 bucks I can't really complain.
