The best luggage I've ever purchased at any price. Love all the pockets inside, the quality of the internal fabric is better than any luggage I've tested (8 sets from Beis, NOBL, Samsonite and others - wife is VERY picky). Rolls so smooth, very well built, opens and closes perfectly and easily. Weighed 12.67 lbs empty, same as my regular hardside Samsonite.

I was so excited about this luggage. I took the check-in piece on ONE trip and it cracked and is no longer waterproof and I’m certain this crack is going to grow considerably. It’s not usable any longer. What a disappointment. The luggage was attractive but it couldn’t even handle one trip. There are other small scratches which I’m fine with. It’s the full thickness crack that’s not ok. ** UPDATE** The company reached out and said they would replace my luggage. They said that I have a worry free guarantee for 3 years and that they stand by their product. They were very kind, excellent service, and got a replacement luggage out into the mail to me immediately. I couldn't be happier. Man, does it look sharp. Also, since the last review I was able to use the carry on luggage. It's PERFECT in every way. The size is amazing, the buckle/snaps work perfectly, the zipper, compartments, everything is beautifully made. It rolls like a freaking dream. They both do, by far the best rolling luggage I've ever had and I've had A LOT. I've traveled to 47 countries and lived in 8. Fantastic suitcase. It is super strong and fairly light weight. It is very easy to roll and has a pull out rolling handle and a carry handle on the side. Holds a lot of clothing. Just wish I had purchase one that would be allowed as a carry on. The one I got is too large. They do carry the smaller one though.

Everything looks great and works well but I had to return because of the weight. Almost 11 lbs.

I bought both the 20" carry-on spinner and the large 28" one and we love them both. We travel internationally frequently and prefer zipperless luggage for better security, and also have a blue Samsonite Framelock Max set. While the Samsonite is also nice (seperate review) and we've had no problems, we prefer this as it's much easier to lock if you overstuff it and it has great corner protectors for additional durability that the Samsonite doesn’t have, plus the carry-on is over $100 cheaper than the Samsonite, while the price for the large one is comparable. The luggage is very attractive, really built well with smooth spinner wheels, and we expect for it to last a long time.

Additionally, it would be even better if the material could be upgraded. 5. The after sales guarantee makes people feel at ease: In addition, when I contacted them to register for warranty, they told me that this luggage has a 3-year warranty period, and if there are any product quality issues such as damaged shell or broken handle, they will provide free replacement. If the wheel or password lock is damaged, they will also provide free replacement parts. This comprehensive after-sales policy has indeed given me a sense of security when purchasing and using. Summary of Experience: Overall, Luggex luggage has done an excellent job in safety locks, smooth implementation, and lightweight design, which are the most concerning aspects for travelers.
