Always good I buy a lot regularly
Good quality, tastes fresh and fruity, not metallic like a lot of iron. Doesn't constipate. Maintains my energy levels, so I think that it must be effective.

My dentist said I might need more iron in my diet. So I looked into a natural iron and found this product. It's great that you get two bottles and a fair price. Its tastes like iron in fruit juice, but I dont mind the taste you get used to it. It boosted my immune system too.

Good iron tonic. I ordered 2 bottles, one each for my mum and sister, I only received one bottle. I got in touch with the seller who said they were looking in to it and didn't hear anything back

This is not yeast or gluten free as advertised. If you need it to be, don't buy this one.Aside from that it's a good product and tastes ok. I've felt my energy increase within a week. But as it's mis-advertised I can only give 3 stars.
