This Hello Sunday lip balm is a berry-flavoured, rose-tinted SPF balm, enriched with shea butter and hyaluronic acid to help keep lips protected and hydrated. It comes in a lovely 15ml tub with clear instructions on both the box and the packaging, including guidance to apply before sun exposure.While it is designed to offer UVA and UVB protection, I feel it works best when used specifically under strong sunlight, rather than as an everyday lip balm. I initially expected it to be a regular tinted balm, but the texture seems more suited to direct sun care.The balm has a pleasant scent, but I found the texture on my lips less satisfying. Although the balm appears coloured in the tub, once applied it only leaves a very subtle light pink tint, not the richer colour I was hoping for. It might simply be that the rose shade doesn’t complement my natural lip tone very well.In terms of hydration, I was a little disappointed. Despite the inclusion of shea butter and squalane, the balm seemed to absorb too quickly and left my lips feeling dry rather than deeply moisturised, which is a shame considering it is meant to be suitable for dry and sensitive skin.Additionally, when I first opened the tub, there were some dry, sticky patches on the surface which I had to remove before using. While the product appeared unused overall, it did not give the best first impression.In summary, while it offers decent sun protection and has nice packaging, the colour, texture, and moisturisation were not quite what I had hoped for. My experience may differ from others, but for me, it was an average product.

I love the no-makeup look and I love lip balm. I have tried many brands, both good and bad. This lip balm comes in a box and a good quality tube that looks attractive. The lipstick has a light pink colour. It has a light scent, is easy to apply, has a light texture and most importantly, is not sticky. I don't like lip balms that are sticky and feel heavy on the lips. Overall, it is a good quality lip balm that helps to nourish and moisturize the lips. I am satisfied with this product.

Did not like this at all. It doesn't sink in to my lips but lays over the skin and looks greasy. It was worn off within five minutes as well so won't offer a lot of protection.

I was excited to try this as I’ve been looking for a good SPF lip balm. However, I’ve been quite disappointed. This isn’t moisturising at all. It actually feels like it’s drying my lips out, similar to a matte lipstick.The formula is creamy which means you can’t just apply it easily. You really need to look in a mirror otherwise you get patches.However, +1 star because it’s SPF50 and most lip balms are only 30.

I was excited to try this tinted lip gloss as it also has an SPF rating.It gave a nice glossy sheen across my lips when worn on its own and I thought it went well with my pale skin tone without looking too much.Easy to apply with the built in applicator wand and no strong smell to this which I prefer.You need to make sure your lips are well exfoliated and moist before using as any dryness will mean it clumps and comes off easily when you are eating/drinking.I have sensitive skin but had no issues using this lip gloss, my lips felt lovely and moisturised all evening.I would recommend.

This is a nice lip tint, however the texture is thick but not very emollient, so I don't really consider it a lip balm. The tone is also much lighter than it appears and not very rosy, which doesn't look very pleasant on pigmented lips and would suit fairer skin tones better. I like the packaging, as it makes application easy, however I didn't love the item besides this.
