It ties together several story arcs of previous games and delivers a full, believable to explore! Review: It's the 10th game in the series and, in my opinion, an unnecessary addition to the Cold Steel series which wrapped up perfectly with the previous game. If you've played the previous games, there's no reason to avoid this though, as it does set up the next story arc in its closing scenes very well. I wouldn't rank this game too highly in the series, but that's a testament to how good every previous game has been.

It is described as a "love letter to the series". I wouldn't have used those word but understand. It's a must-play for Trails fans.
