My husband and I were trying for 13 months and I never fell pregnant even with clomid. I bought preseed in August and we tried using it in September. I fell pregnant the first cycle I used it without any medication. I used it with the applicators. I was so overjoyed because we were going to try IVF that month. Unfortunately I had a miscarriage at 9 weeks but I’m hopeful it will work again. I never have cervical mucus during my ovulation so I am very sure that this is what helped me get pregnant. I’ve ordered another box and I’ll be using it once we’re ready to try again. If you’re sceptical like I was, this is your sign to try it. It doesn’t cost much and it won’t hurt you to try. My only issue with it was that it was expiring in 3 months (December 20th)

Can't say if this enhanced our chances of pregnancy, but the month we used it we conceived.However, I can say that this was a much better lube than other brands we tried, it didn't dry up or get as sticky as quickly. So was a much more enjoyable experience.
