This has been a game changer for me. I normally try and follow a keto diet but every now & then I sneak in a treat so these have helped me stay in ketosis. The flavor is similar to a pre-workout which is not my favorite but they work! They are pricey but if you can afford I would definitely suggest especially for people who follow a Keto diet & want to stay in ketosis or amplify it.

If you like sweet tarts, this taste great and it’s sweet so it makes you feel like you’re eating a treat when you’re really losing weight. I like the flavor buying this again.

I ordered a box of this while eating keto and lost 10 pounds in a week. I love them but they are super expensive. I asked my family to order me more since my birthday is coming up. Wish I could keep ordering these. They taste amazing and am super happy that they curbed my appetite

First and last time buying this. It's bad, doesn't seem to do anything for health, doesn't curb hunger and definitely doesn't taste good. AND it's expensive on top. Everyone has different reasons for buying it. These were mine and here are the alternatives: Vitamins to improve health. Just stop eating as much to curb hunger. Save your money, buy a good pair of running shoes, drink some coffee, lots of water, get a good nights sleep, and it will do more for you than this chunky drink ever could.

These damn things are expensive but work. I'm not sure they help me lose weight but I use them as a pre-workout drink. They give me lots of energy. I tried to stop using them but went back because I have not found anything better. The price sucks but you get what you pay for

My husband enjoys these. I’m skeptical, but he needed something to just help kickstart his weight loss. We tried from a friend but buying through a pruvit sales rep proved to me more expensive. So we arrived at trusty ole amazon. These arrive fast. Only issue is we wish you could pick your flavors and add to these 20 day supply ones.

So the first box I bought worked like a charm. Used it as a assistance for keto. Second box has failed to put me back in even though I eat strictly keto. Maybe it was a bad batch? I’m unsure
