Good value and I found it helpful for sleep. Perfect to buy in 200mg. You can take a maximum of 10000mg in 24hrs. I rarely take more than 2. It works for me. I also take one occasionally if I have had too much coffee.

The supplement has no impact what so ever. It does nothing. No effect at all. You will feel the same way you felt before taking them. You can't return the product for being defective either. A total waste of money. Do not bother.This is the second time I have tried to buy a supplement from Amazon and found it to be completely ineffective. The first time I ordered a supplement that had worked for me in the past, so was very surprised it didn't. At least I was able to return that one.Nutricost or Amazon will not allow a return for this. Do not waste your money. It will not help you sleep, it will not improve your focus. It also has ingredients that are not shown in the product image (rice flour).I remain tired, stressed, and now extremely disappointed.
