I received the package and it was easy to open. I had to tear off the plastic wrap around the bottle so I could look at the directions. I received an email from Amazon to describe this and it is extremely hard too say anything since I had it less than 24 hours. I took my first pill and felt nothing. I did not want to eat in the morning and I am saying this is my mind over matter. On the bottle it says two pills to be taken but it does not say how often. Do I take one every 15 minutes, hour etc. it says that I should see my Doctor and like a lot of people, we did not. If a company can not be more descriptive, then it is a company you need to have serious consideration before you buy from them.

As for me, these glp-1 supplements have worked quite well. My system was in fairly good condition as I was using another akkermansia muciniphila probiotic. This glp-1 weight loss seems to have actually made my system work even better. I took this glp-1 probiotic for over 2 weeks. I usually take two glp-1 capsules before dinner. And during this time I noticed that I had less gas and felt less bloat as compared to when before I started taking this glp-1 supplement for weight loss. Additionally, my digestive tract seems to be functionally much more smoothly and my trips to the bathroom have been more regular(a big plus is that I finish my finish more quickly due to everything coming out more quickly). And lastly I have not felt any adverse effects either. This glp activate is a good quality akkermansia probiotic that also helps with cleansing the colon. I will definitely be buying more in the near future.
