Good product
I think they take a while to make a difference but so far havnt seen much improvement . They arrived on time and are easy to swallow and take. Would buy again just need more patience

A bit of a game changer
Am glad that I discovered this, taking milk thistle every day helps me feel a lot more alive after nights out, and like I am just a bit healthier on the inside, especially after lots of fatty foods, and not having the best diet- I'll be keeping this in my supplementation cycle for the time being, unless I find something better for liver health. Good quality product, and the glass bottle makes it feel more premium

Easy to take, no nasty taste, hopefully works, but very happy with the product

Effective product but slightly estrogenic
My bowels absolutely love this product, a massive improvement to stool quality, skin and eyes feel well. However breast sensations experienced, something I've learned to be weary of as a man using milk thistle atleast.
