C to c cable for laptop is working fine after 1 month am writing this review. Laptop is charging is fine, loaded 70% charging in laptop within 70 mins

This is horrible. We received a non-working item and, on initiating return and refund, no one has come to pick it up. Now, we see the return was rejected at their end and nothing else is happening with the order. What new ploy is this? This note is to bring to light the abysmal customer service, not to mention quality of products, being offered here. Hoping to see some movement on this.

It works really well. It charges my phone very quickly and I like that it has two ports one Type C and one USB A. It is small and fits nicely in the car without taking much space.

Even though the product variant is listed as 83W, actual product is says 65W power output. The product listing is misleading.
