First and foremost, I read from another review that drinking coffee after taking this completely masks it. That is not true. Do not have coffee with this. It tasted like vomit. I audibly said, "Oh my god, ew!?"That being said! The flavor (gummy bears) is meh. Plug your nose, take it like a shot, chase it with some kind of fruity drink, and it might as well have been water. I follow it with a cherry slush Alani and don't taste it at all.Anyway! This works well and does a good job of curbing appetite. It doesn't give you jittery energy or anything like that. I take it in the morning and then in the mid-afternoon when I get home from work. I can't speak for the long-term effects quite yet.Tldr: Do not take it with coffee. I would recommend it otherwise!

I’ve only had it a couple days but so far everything seems awesome. Taste and smell are both good and I feel like everything is working as the bottle says. I’ll update as I do my weigh ins!

It definitely has been a great product and good enough I subscribed. Also it will not be noticeable until after about the second bottle but also with good eating habits and gym time! Not a miracle supplement as no supplements are!

It was overwhelmingly artificial and left a strange aftertaste that made it tough to keep down. I found myself dreading each dose, which isn’t what you want from a supplement.On the positive side, I did notice some increase in my energy levels during workouts, but the taste made it difficult to incorporate into my routine consistently. If you’re sensitive to flavor or prefer your supplements to be enjoyable, I’d recommend looking for an alternative.Overall, while the product may offer some benefits, the terrible taste is a significant drawback for me. I won’t be repurchasing.

I can’t recommend!!! They conveniently left out the warning of their pictures that it may cause cancer or reproductive harm. I can’t believe they are even allowed to sell this. Touted to be healthy but has this warning. I had already opened it and it is not returnable. As soon as I saw this warning I dumped it out. Omitting a warning like this on Amazon should be criminal. Talk about false advertising.
