Yes it's safe to ingest. I put a tablespoon daily of whatever I drink. I also put teaspoon daily in my 2 small dogs food.

My order didn’t come with duster why?

I bought this because I didn't want the duster either. I use an old spice container or my hand, as I buy mine for the chicken coop.

How would you apply to a really tall tomato plant? I don't want the dust coming back on me.

Its just dirt, won't hurt ya. (I've eaten plenty of it! ) I use a wire colander and sprinkle it everywhere.
