My blood pressure is usually very high in the early morning. If I take two at dinner time I do not have that sensation in the morning. I do not take readings so I do not know how much but any decrease is good and feels good.

My blood pressure only went down 6 points, and I was a little disappointed about that. Just expected a little better.

I purposely did not change my diet to see if these would work. They did not! I stopped taking them, went to juicing with a mild prescription from the doctor and now I am down to 120 area over 80. Maybe the teas would have been better.
