One of the best laptops out there.
Excellent buy for the price. The 2 in 1 feature is great for kids and adults, use it like a laptop or use it like a tablet. And to top it off... it's a touchscreen. I definitely recommend.

Perfect for high schooler
Perfect for my son and everyday use at school. Batters last the entire day. The convertible function is the perfect fix for school use the only problem is the keyboard print is very light. He bought a cover to give a more co trade to keys.

Perfect Condition
Very happy with this product. Everything came as described, looks like a brand new laptop and works perfectly. The screen is a nice size, I like that it is touchscreen. It's very easy to use. Very good value for what I paid. No lagging issues either.

It's really all you need!
I am very happy with it - you don't NEED Windows to use it and the set up was very easy. It is a refurbished one and am a bit worried I will have issues, but right now it is in perfect condition and everything seems to be working as expected. it is a pretty blue/gray color and is nice and compact, but not too small!

Chromebook: Never Disappointment
These Chromebooks are prefect for educational as well as entertainment needs. The touchscreen helps younger children to be able to use and access programs on the Chromebook easily. I have used the Chromebook for many years as a professional and as a grandmother with school age children. Plus the color has always complimented the station. There has never been a problem with the setup, battery life or speed… very satisfied in all areas and will continue to update with this product.

Disappointed - Bulky, lagging and screen glitching
So, I ordered this Chromebook a little over a week ago to replace my previous HP Chromebook. This Chromebook (compared to that one), doesn't work nearly as well. I was definitely expecting this Chromebook to be "newer" as far as look and functionality, since it's 4 model years newer. However it was thicker and bulkier (which immediately made me feel a certain way) and is lagging a lot! The display is clear and the screen size is a fair size! However, yesterday when I walked away for about 5-10 minutes my screen went black (fine if it went to sleep), but then it wouldn't respond to the keyboard or opening and closing the screen. I had to mess with it for a few minutes and then the screen came on. I'm not liking the fact that I just purchased this Chromebook and I'm already having problems with it's functionality. I already miss my old HP. Deciding whether I can return it (NEED it for college) or if I should keep it until I complete my Master's in December and then just gift this to one of my children for Christmas and buy myself the exact one I previously had. Just goes to show that because something is a newer model, doesn't mean it will look or function any better than the older version. I'll stick with the tried and true. First time I've ever been disappointed with an HP purchase.
