Thank you! I used this device on level 4 to remove some cherry moles (I have micro ones ALL over my body & they gradually get larger). I purchased this pen for my face to treat & remove sebaceous hyperplasia spots, but am first practicing my steady hand & testing the pen on the other smaller, less invasive areas of my body (like arms pictured). You could also practice on fruits/veggies to get a sense of the pressure needed for working with skin. I didn’t, but was just very gentle, patient, & worked in a “dot” fashion & gave myself some moments of pause to assess the area as I worked through the treatments. I’d recommend the same to everyone.Just do some research prior to starting. Get a good numbing cream (5% lidocaine), some aftercare antibiotic cream (I just purchased a generic triple antibiotic), and of course some alcohol to prep the area prior to treatment.My numbing cream was no longer potent/viable since I had last opened it 2 months ago. So in my photos, my spots were done without numbing. Not unbearable, but we’re literally burning skin cells here so also not painless.I have extremely sensitive/reactive skin, so redness appears with even slight pressure or scrapes. You may/may not experience that depending on YOUR skin type. Without numbing it will feel like a little pinpoint burn & you will smell a slight burnt flesh scent, it will pass. If you can’t stomach that or have many spots to treat, maybe wear a mask or have a fan/filter going nearby. Afterwards the spots may itch, this is due to the desiccation, destruction, and shrinking of the cells. It too, will pass - DO NOT ITCH these spots ever while they’re in the healing/aftercare phases. Lastly, clean gently. Rinse with water, apply antibiotic cream, don’t scrub/nothing abrasive, & leave them alone. Depending on size, location, skin type etc complete healing & new skin can take 7-10 days. Be patient :)Lastly, I’ve included pics of the device, its contents (minus the alcohol pad & numb cream), and I was also impressed with the included directions leaflet. I researched many other of the same devices on Amazon, similar price points. Many folks said directions in other devices were lacking or nonexistent. So I just want others to know that’s not the case here. Simple packaging. Pen, 3 thick tips, 10 fine needles (I plan to sterilize & reuse these as I’m not poking them into my skin & not sure where more could be purchased??), charging cord.I would advise to charge the device fully before first use to ensure optimal power & familiarize yourself with the buttons/operation. Long press power to turn on/off. Single press power to increase levels. Rapid press power to turn on 1 of 2 lights (or to turn them off) as you can see in my photos. One is a white light, the other seems to be a blue/black light. The pen is quiet, no sound/motor. You’ll only hear a “zap” & see a very slight spark when making contacting with the needle tip to the skin.Great device, actually better than what I had anticipated. With more practice I feel confident to comfortably remove my facial sebaceous hyperplasia :)

Works to remove skin tags and warts! Comes with two different sized needles! It has 12 different speeds! It has an LED display and it’s lightweight! It’s rechargeable and easy to use! Comes with directions on how to do it!

I generally don’t write product review, but I couldn’t stop myself for this. When I bought, I had very low expectations. But looks like it did its job in amazing way. I had few very small moles/freckles all over my chin area. These were so annoying, even with makeup, these were hard to hide. So I took quotations for laser treatment and the centers gave me a quotations close to 1200-1500. Then I bought this one as a cheaper alternative. After first trial, I could remove five of them within minutes. Amazingly it didn’t leave much scar. Only issue that I faced is the pain. That is why I could not continue any more. I have to give a try some other day. Also this could be because I am very sensitive to pain. But it did its job perfectly.

Bad instructions about actually gettinf pen to work, didnt work when touching surface of tester skin. Lights and pwn turn on but when I used it on skin, it did not do anything at all. Looks like a metal tip, did not even heat up as it should or cause a burn to skin. It was like a oem with no ink.

I was a little skeptical at first, but this skin tag remover really works! The instructions were clear, and the process was super easy to follow. It’s way more convenient (and cheaper) than going to a dermatologist. I noticed results pretty quickly, and it was painless for me

This is not pain free, it’s very painful. It works okay.

This only kind of sort of works. I figured out the on off and the strength adjustment and tried it on a few different news and skin tags. It helped remove top layer of the moles, but not completely. I’ve only had the product for a few weeks so maybe the time to heal, but I certainly wouldn’t compare it to having skin tags removed by the dermatologist.

Appears to work exactly like the one at the dermatologist. I’ve used it several times so far. It’s easy to use and quality is good. Very happy with it.
