Great quality, taste fantastic, love that I can buy in bulk, and organic. I bake with this constantly — love the smell and how it incorporates when I’m baking.

Anthony's products are the Bomb. I've purchased several of his products over the years and find the quality is always reliable. Although I did not like his version of Colegene powder - tasted like a hide of a cow (yuk) - but every other product from this brand I've enjoyed. The milk powders; buttermilk powders and cream powders I use often - reliable quality and good price point. I'm trying other flour alternatives for baking - coconut flour adds a really nice smoothness and texture to baking most anything. I recommend this product.
