The smart features are anything but smart. The application is very buggy. Switching the fan on via the app doesn't initiate the fan. The thermostat temperature glitches and adjusts itself after setting it. Fan speed switches back to "I" immediately after setting it to "II". Despite setting a schedule, it will beep at the set time but won't actually function. No option to turn off the loud beeping. Which is pointless anyway as it's supposed to signify that it's active. When it's not. No option for firmware updates.I've owned a lot of smart devices over the years and this is by far the most poorly executed product I've ever used.

£80 for the heater, and £500+ for the ability to control it??you're having a laugh.

After setting up the app and opted to activate the thermostat settings. I then set the control to 18c. However, when the app displayed 18c, it stopped operating and never restarted even when the room went below the desired temperature. There should be a more or better improvement on the app. The unit should be able able to automatically restart, when the temperature drops below the desired temperature.I eventually purchased, the Dreo 1500 smart heater and there was so much functionality

They clearly have some quality control issues. Mine worked okay for a couple weeks, but then the plug started getting extremely hot — hot enough to burn your hand if you touched any of the prongs.It’s a shame because I really did like the heater, but I would never trust this company again. Could have burned my house down!
