Good quality all-purpose olive oil for cooking and for salad dressings. I often use this oil for vinaigrette dressings as it has a milder flavour than extra virgin olive oil and lets other ingredients shine, for instance honey. It's important to have good quality oil because in salad dressings it's immediately obvious if the oil is poor quality.I've tried numerous brands and own-brands of olive oil, and keep coming back to one of two makes. Napolina is one of them.The 500ml size suits my cupboard size, and the full amount of oil conveniently fits into my oil dispenser with a tiny space left at the top: "Weis 15705 Oil Can Stainless Steel 0.5 L" (non-drip spout!!!) I have used a few different extra virgin olive oil brands, but I personally prefer the Napolina extra-virgin olive oil. I find that The flavour complements our Mediterranean dishes, especially when we have Pan con Tomate.

It works well, good quality. It is a shame that the bottle is plastic

I like Napolina products if your serious cooking use these the Italian brands always have them you find in my kitchen cupboards .
