Wonderfully tart passion fruit taste. So good!

I love packing fruit leathers for on-the-go snacks. I thought that I would give these a try. What I found was that they were just okay. Some of them tasted a bit burnt (as if they had dehydrated a bit too long). They were fairly dry too. I appreciated that they were not sticky and slimy and I loved the organic ingredients, but for this price, I think that I will look elsewhere in the future.

The taste of this fruit leather is really bad. I really did not like it. It’s not sweet at all which is not a good thing. It doesn’t taste like fruit. It tastes a little on the side of cardboard. The texture of it is a lot more solid than most fruit leather. It’s difficult to bite it off and get, a piece of it. It’s almost like you have to cut it with scissors and it takes a while to chew it. You can’t return food on Amazon, or I would do that. Very poor quality. Will not purchase it again.

I bought these once in 2021 and loved the tangy sweet passion fruit flavor. Added bonus for the ethical and unusual company with an all natural product and I was sold, despite the high price point.I reordered this year, and now the strips appear 50% thinner than my original order. The first ones were slightly thick, chewy and what looked like a typical real fruit 'leather'. The ones I ordered 6 months later are very thin, almost transparent. Not only is it less product, but also makes it very hard to get out of the wrapper! And most of it just sticks to your teeth when you eat it now as it's so thin. I wish they'd go back to making them the original way. Maybe I just got a weird batch? But I'm hesitant to order more and find out...

I'm not a fruit roll up kinda gal, but I happened to catch this company pitching on Shark Tank and was intrigued by the flavor combo. I found this here on Amazon and added it to my order but had to wait a bit to get it (I'm sure every time that episode airs, there's an influx of orders). The product really is delicious, and is the best I've ever had in this category of snacks (though I used mine as an after dinner dessert option). The servings are smaller than I'd like (ideally, this could easily be double what's in the package), and cost-wise, this is a bit pricey for a snack, but I get that it's a healthier option than any kind of traditional dessert. If this were a bit more economical, I'd likely keep them on-hand rather than treat them as a splurge kind of snack. I'd love to try the other flavors, but highly recommend the pineapple - really good!

Bought it bec it was featured in Shark Tank. Beautiful story but this candy reminds me so much of the Chinese Hawflakes candy!!! It's tarty and sweet. Even the color is almost the same. The only difference is this candy claims to be organic, sort of chewy & too acidic! I ate the whole piece out of excitement but made my poor teeth sensitive!This is too EXPENSIVE of a candy! Try Hawflakes first if you can stomach the taste!!!
