Amazing flavor! Had a hint of saesame oil in it. Great on shrimp or any Asian food!

I love the sauce they serve with bulgogi at our local Korean restaurant and this comes pretty close - especially for something you can buy in a bottle online. It has that umami, salty, sweet combo of flavors. The squeeze bottle is very handy too.

I've been looking for something similar to Annie Chun's gochujang sauce in the bottle. It was discontinued years ago. Recently, the closest dupe for it from bibigo was also discontinued and replaced with something that isn't at all similar. This ain't it either, unfortunately.It's still a pretty nice condiment on its own. The taste is almost smokey. It's more thin and runny like a hot sauce than I was expecting though. I thought from the name and pictures that this would be a thicker dipping sauce, like, you know, ketchup.Likely won't repurchase after this bottle is up, but it's not bad if you're looking for a thinner sauce.

This sauce has a nostalgic balance of gochujang and ssamjjang flavor. It went perfectly after grilling some Chadolbagi (beef brisket) on the stove. I was looking for something salty like ssamjjang, but also something tangy with a little bit of heat. K-Chup was perfect while having the convenience of being in a bottle. Highly recommend giving this a try. I'm also Korean.

Look, it's delicious. It's good. If you want tasty stuff to put on meat, get it. And the bottle design is heckin cute. But really, this stuff is really addicting. Get it, thank me later.

The spicy k-chup sauce is really spicy, but it was so delicious when dipped in chicken. Also, putting rice in unsalted seaweed and adding ssamsara sauce to eat it was a fantastic combination.

Product comes in a squeeze bottle. The manufacturer termed this product Korean ketchup - K-Chup. It is Korean gochujang sauce. Main ingredients include red pepper powder, corn syrup, vinegar, apple essence, soy sauce, sesame oil and garlic. It is further sweetened with stevia and sucralose. I didn't like it that it is so sweet. I felt it would have been much better with just corn syrup without the artificial sugars. The sauce tasted sweet (obviously). It also had a hint of fruit in it. At the same time it came across a little salty and tangy. Not spicy at all. Good for meat dips or drizzling over dried noodles or rice or over stir fried dishes.Overall, not bad a bottle of gochujang sauce. I would have preferred that it is not that sweet and kick up the spice.
