I always have a big stack of these (what I call sandwich-size) storage containers on hand. They get a lot of use. I divide up large batches of food into individual serving sizes and store them in the fridge or freezer. I also like this smaller size for other food storage needs, even if it the task takes two or three of the smaller containers instead of one larger container) because they are easier to manage space-wise in the fridge and I think it keeps food fresher.These glad storage containers tick all the boxes. They can be stacked to use vertical space in the fridge or freezer. The lids fit tightly. They clean up well in the dishwasher and they are not prone to staining easily. I don't use them as much as I used to in the microwave because I've started pouring the food from the storage container into a glass container for reheating, but they do stand up well to use in the microwave. I also like that the price was very reasonable.

Great for holding half a lemon or lime. The lids click together in a stack and the bowls nest together, so they're really easy to store. I've used them for years and I can't recall ever having a leak. At the same time, the seal isn't so tight that you have to crush the thing getting the lid off. I've dropped them from the refrigerator and they were fine, but recently I dropped one straight out of the freezer and it cracked : ( so I guess they're not perfect. Awfully close to it, though.

I usually buy the Gladware Matchware food storage system. They put colors on the container and the lid that goes with that has the matching color. But the bigger ones are fewer and usually are being used or given so folks can take home leftovers. So I bought these. These were quite large -- larger than the largest ones in the matched set. But I soon used one when I made a navy bean soup using a ham bone from Honey Baked Ham. It's great to have all the leftovers in one large container instead of having to split it up. I'll keep one for me but imagine the rest will go home with Thanksgiving guests and their leftovers!

Pretty handy for food storage when you have a large amount of food to put in the fridge. It is sturdy enough... Also very lightweight. It seals well and keeps food fresh...My only issue is sometimes the cover is a bit wonky when pressing it down to close. Sometimes it would make a sort of "wrinkle" or crease when i press it down, and I have to open and close a few times to try to remove the crease.I hand wash these and have not washed them in a dishwasher.Overall, it looks good and is good to have on hand and it gets plenty of use.

These have been my choice of food storage containers for years. They perform well and are microwave and dishwasher safe, are very affordable - but not to the degree that it’s painful if one becomes stained or damaged and must be discarded. All of a sudden, local retailers stopped carrying them. I was delighted to find them on Amazon and still at a very affordable price.

This was the PERFECT replacement for a similar product from a different company. But the cover never really snapped closed as tight as we would have liked. No matter what we did, it didn't work. The last straw was when a special soup that I spent HOURS making ,when picked up out of the frig, all spilled out ! I said Enough !! Went straight to Amazon, found the same size that I wanted at what I felt was a pretty good price, and ordered it right away. I've used them at least once so far and I'm very happy with them. The lid stays tight when removing from the frig. No more spills !

These are sturdy containers that stand up to multiple uses, washing and freezing. The lids hold securely and they don't leak. We've even dropped a couple that were full, but they didn't break.

I have gone through 100s of these tubs over the years. They seal fairly well, and they are a great size for a meal or 2. My only warning is that if you microwave them with something like tomato sauce, they will etch the plastic. This is the main reason I recycle them. Otherwise they can be reused many many times. Great for trips in the car, a lunch box, or a camping trip.
