Liked enough, bought spouse a Eurobike
Short review, I have been happy with my Eurobike, so I just bought my spouse one (slightly different model).Longer Review - Bought because was a good price for the features: disc brakes, three spoke wheels...After riding for over a year, I am happy with the bike. It has performed well. Brakes, gears, frame all in good shape.Customer service is excellent. I did get into an accident and bent the front forks (which are solid, based on my inability to bend it back). Contacted Eurobike about paying for a replacement and they sent me a new one, no charge.So good dependable bike with good features and good customer service.

To ask for the petals
It is a really good bike but there was one problem it didn’t come with the petals but the shipper shipped them out the following week and I love the bike.

Very weak construction
Despite being a mountain bike under no circumstances I'd recommend using it on an actual mountain. Doing so most likely will result in death. The spokes broke after going through a speed bump. Gear shifter indicator broke day one and the brake rotor was bent factory default that had to be hammered out so that the pads wouldn't grind against it every half turn. The ball bearings started making a ticking noise within weeks and shortly after that I could feel small kicks in the entire frame along the noise.

Disappointed, frustrated, unhappy.
I like the look of the bike, that’s about it. For starters when I received the bike and try to put together, I found out that they sent the wrong size seat post. The seller did credit my account for buying a new post. Had to wait a few days for delivery. After a couple of months I’m highly disappointed with the bike, it doesn’t ride smoothly, it feels like a stationary bike when there is tension. The front gear (lever) for some reason does not engage at all. The rear gear lever came lose for no reason. I was able to fix that. But now I have to bring the bike to a repair shop and have them fix these issues. And we all know that is not cheap. So, yes I’m frustrated and unhappy.

The way it looks, and quality.
The bike is fine, you do get what you pay for. This is a low dollar product that works great for a entry level bike.I use it mainly for a cardio workout on the road, most likely I will not be using it for much off road riding .I chose the silver bike and dressed it up with some cool red anodized accessories, hand grips, bottle bracket, stem spacers, pump, peddles and a seat clamp. I also added a back swept handle bar and a stem riser. The bike look more like a comfort bike now, but I am 64 years of age and this is the way I like it.The bike silver paint finish is a high gloss clear coat that looks great. I am happy with the purchase.

Customer service does not care about customers.
Overall, the bike looks cool. The left hand shifter broke which I knew could be an issue from other reviews claiming faulty shifters. I had to argue with customer service over a few emails. They finally decided to send me a replacement. I've been waiting so long I forgot about it because it's now winter and I'm not riding the bike. September 12th is when they said they would send out a replacement part. I've been waiting about three months now. I would not buy another product from this company.
