Despite having had good success ordering items directly shipped from China in the past, had some concern about this one due to speed promised and quality, as its a critical medical device. Not only did the speed of arrival beat their promise by a few days and the quality of the product exceed expectations, I had a couple of minor issues (one my fault - I ran over a piece :) ; one potentially my fault due to misuse/incorrect installation, in each case the seller shipped replacement parts quickly, and without questions!!!My spouse unfortunately had an accident and severely injured both legs. He is 6'5" and ~265 lbs, and the device has no problems helping with car and other transfers, even to an SUV/CUV (check the seat height from the ground though - per their instructions, some might be too tall and ours is close to too tall). If you find yourself in need of this type of product, unless something changes with the product or company, this is very worthwhile. For us, needing regular PT visits, where medical transport would cost $200 round trip, this device paid for itself quickly, and gives us more freedom both to the PT visits, and other visits we would likely skip due to cost.

No true review as of yet. I am having a problem with the General Purpose Seat Cushion. One of the straps came out of the buckle as I was adjusting the length, and I am unable to put it back thru. Does anyone have an idea how to put it back together or how to contact the company?

It’s great I love it but had small problem , the extension arms are not straight forward on my unit , they dip down about 2 inches at the very end when I used a leveler , the picture shows arms straight out but but mine has the tube hole slightly slanted so when you put the arms in with the locks it dips down , other wise it a great product for the price made strong , they need to correct this defect .

I’m so happy to have found an in home, personal size lift that is capable of lifting into an SUV. It should be noted that, unlike lifts in a facility, you cannot expand and retract the legs when someone is in the sling so adjust accordingly before use.
