Only had 1 month. Used it about 3 times so far. Produces lots and lots of ice. I had gotten the 660w version for about $650. Packaging of product was amazing. Just unboxing will take about 30 minutes plus. Product is not light and is heavy. So just be careful when moving it around. Quickly produces snowflake ice and works really well. Cleaning also is very simple. Highly recommend this product. Everyone loved it. Berri No-ICE.

Machine works like a charm. Great for businesses or small gatherings. easy to use. Noise level at a minimum. The cleaning feature is a lifesaver when switching different products and easy cleanup, one shutting down the machine. Can I ask for a better machine and a great company to buy from. The price is the most affordable machine out there compared to the ones in the thousand for the same system.. the weight of the machine makes it easier for portable use from inside or outside used . They have me for a customer for Life.

Honestly expected it to be junk and potentially return. The results aren't as pretty as the Instagram videos but it is still a fun product that works well. Worth noting it should run continuously and not stop and start. I just put Koolaid in the hopper.

This machine has been awesome. We have done several events with it. The kids and adults alike love it. Different products freeze differently so it can be a learning curve for thicker materials like certain mixes or egg nog but play with the speed and you’ll get it. We bought another much more expensive one from a trade show and this one in my opinion functions better. I do wish you could turn the wheel on and off with just the knob like my other one but not a huge issue. Great value for the money, mostly easy to use and loads of fun!

I am a crazy ice eater ..OMG best purchase ever!! It's instant snow. Cleaning is super simple. I eat almost 3 buckets of ice a day if not more. I bought the flavors for the rest of the family to enjoy. I haven't used it for anything with flavors..just water. I know it's expensive but it's the last one you will ever buy. I have bought several machines and this is the absolute best machine. I am seriously thinking about buying another one for work. No wait time for results.. as soon as I put it on..maybe 40 seconds later..snow is falling in my bucket. It's perfect compact snow like when you make snowballs. It's super quiet too. I put it on my desk in the living room while the fam watches movies. Best purchase ever!!! Do it you won't be disappointed!

Works ok but very very slow

I am very pleased with the MWNYTUOH Snowflake Ice Machine! Its rapid cooling works really well and lives up to its promise with super-fast ice production. I used it for big parties, and it produced the shaved ice really fast. Also, it's quite sturdy. It is also easy to set up and use. It's a great buy if you need a dependable ice maker!
