These are tiny, they provide no resistance. They seem perhaps like whistles with the "pea" removed. I doubt anyone could use them as a stop smoking aid. I felt when they arrived and I saw them that they were a waste of money. If you're buying them as a way to stop smoking or vaping, don't waste the money.

Was okay but paint comes off

Mine arrived yesterday. No funny taste, no closed holes, no lost paint. Exactly what I needed

Great price, I'm using them to aid quitting smoking, they help with the "hand-to-mouth" muscle memory, when held with the lips it's comforting to fidget with - moving it left to right with the tongue, the resistance is not great, not as tight as drawing on a cigarette but not as loose as a drinking straw - somewhere in the middle. It does help calm cravings and temperament, so truly does help with anxiety and anger by focusing on breathing and slowing down the heart. Would recommend 👌

I've bought similar products to this for around the same price and this one is a bit disappointing. One of the holes is totally sealed over (see attached picture.) A weird manufacturing error but it's not even functional. Also, this tastes like a rusty penny, the other one I got doesn't.
