Excellent support from A-Tech Components folks
Ordered 16 GB stick to upgrade my new Acer Aspire 5. The part arrived in just a few days by USPS. Adding it in was literally a snap, but unfortunately it was defective. However customer support on the number supplied by A-Tech was first class. The tech walked me through troubleshooting, and after determining the part was defective, they immediately put a replacement in the mail along with a return package for the defective one. The new part worked and the return to the A-Tech folks in OH did as well. Was a bummer to receive a defective part, but customer support took care of the problem quickly.
