Alternative to taking drugs for gout flare-ups.
If you suffer from gout attacks sometimes like I do, taking supplements like this helps to stave off those flare ups. However, it all comes down to moderation in your diet. So far, combined this with conscious eating habits, I haven't had an attack in months. Your usage and level of control is up to you, I can't vouch if this helps you or not but this has worked for me.

These are great for keeping gout away. My friend gave me a bottle so I could see if they worked for ME and they did so I ordered my own. I take 2 AM & 2 PM and have had no flare ups of gout for 3 months. I will continue to order.
