This book was so ideal as a gift for a young car fan. Unfortunately, it had damage on the hardback edge so I could not give it as a gift. I had to return it and no replacement was possible as out of stock. I hope to buy it for Christmas if back in stock.

Don't know as was bought as a gift

This is a good book if you wish to know more about early and more recent Mercedes Benz cars, if fact every period from the beginnings of the company up to the present day with one major exception; there is virtually nothing to show the super cars of the 30s, notably the 500K and the 540K cars. Given that many of these fetch high prices in any state from near scrap to concours condition, this is a sad omission and detracts from the otherwise appeal of the book.

This book is well put together and good read for all ages,it covers nearly all models.A very pleasant read.
