The ornament arrived in a timely manner, beautifully boxed. It is glass, not plastic. It's very pretty and the lettering is well done. The wording is right on and my friend loved it. The words and the asthetic made her cry. I've ordered different ones for different people. Very worth the amount paid.

Poor packaging
Item received was lovely so I was very glad that it wasn’t damaged. It was not package properly at all. Ornament was shipped just thrown in the box and not inside the padded box that was sealed that was meant for the ornament
