I'm writing a review after one year of buying this product.Wow! It's an amazing product for meI'm very surprised with its sound and bass it's too goodReally, it's a very nice sound quality.

Very nice product for, amazing mic quality, the design is also very comfortable for wearing it around the neck. The buttons are also functional, the product is valuable for the price but the quality could be increased. The noise cancellation is amazing. And it is compatible with android and iPhone. Comparable to AirPods with the price. Only 4 stars because the battery life span is a bit less , but the charging speed is also very fast.

I purchased the Crossbeats Shuffle ANC Neckband mainly for work, as I depend on clear and long-lasting audio to communicate with my customers while driving Rapido and Uber. Unfortunately, this product has been a huge letdown.The brand advertises 120+ hours of playback, but in reality, the neckband struggles to even last 24 hours on a full charge.Call quality is terrible – even indoors, people on the other end complain that my voice is unclear, noisy, or sometimes not audible at all.This makes it completely unreliable for professional or daily use.I trusted the brand, but the experience has been frustrating. I even contacted customer support, and while they created a ticket, there has been no resolution or response for days.If you are looking for a neckband for long battery life or clear calls, I would strongly advise looking at other brands. This one does not deliver what it promises.

Very Nice Neckband Perfect Sound is Clear with Good Bass Levels

It's a great product. Comfortable in wearing, fit, great music, and mic quality.

The headphones work fine, it has an awesome battery life which I needed desperately. The Audio from it is also good. The few points which has made me not like are that the wire length is a bit longer than needed. The most annoying part of these pair is the announcement whenever you connect to a device, even when the headphones sound is low the announcement is very loud and when the battery reaches 10% every 2 minutes it announces battery low making the headphones unusable, and if you want to use it you have to charge it to at least 20% for it to stop announcing "low battery" in full volume. The neckband is thick and is pretty durable, the ear buds design being metal is good.

Dont even want to give one star, this is the worst product. Firstly the look is not at all as stylish as displayed , the magnatic switch os not working, sometimes it is connected even after sticking the magnate together, the headphone have developed a mic problem due to which the caller cannot hear a single word I say. The active noise cancelling does not work at all. Inshort dont buy this product

Recently purchased two items 1. Crossbeats road eye dashcam and 2. CROSSBEATS ROADEYE DASHCAM and 2. CROSSBEATS SHUFFL ANC NECKBAND EAR PHONES. Received QR code for addirional warranty for both the items, but when trying to enable the same it is not happening as I was trying to use the same email id for both the items. When tried to contact them by using the form provided it keeps showing " SENDING" only for more than 15 mins and nothing is happening. Even though the items are good the after sales service is very poor and pathetic. I had requested doorstep support for my dashcam but I don't know whether even they have received and registered my request or just simply didn't bother to respond as there is no one attended for the same. Should improve on this.
