It was a perfect fit

This knob works as it should. However, it was a little difficult to make it fit, but once I got it on, I can confidently say that it will not come off easily. I was pleased.

This did not fit on my bidet even though the description said it would. I ended up contacting the manufacturer directly and they sent me one at no cost.

Perfect fit on bidet and much sturdier than the original knob. Easy to install.

When the knob on my Neo 120 gave out, I was afraid I'd have to buy a new bidet and install it. Then, I found this knob on Amazon. It works great. I avoided a lot of work and a bit of expense.The only thing worth noting is that it takes a lot of force to put it into the existing post. You really should put a hand under the arm when installing it, since it requires a lot of down force to install.

Perfect Fit!

I didn't like the product, but I doubt I can find the correct knob. I finally made it work by pressing the new knob very hard in the place it should go and making it fit. The knob is made of a softer material and the indentation holes that were either not deep enough or spaced right. So far it is working, but I was expecting a knob that looked and worked like the original knob. I think it must be someone's home 3D printer. I should have just asked my son in law to do it for nothing.
