As an alternative health practitioner, I am always looking for recommendable products; especially those which can support the gut biome (as we're supposed to call it nowadays). This is one that I do find very helpful even though I am not at all sure that referring to it as a product for men is particularly relevant. The capsules are not so large that they are unmanageable to swallow with a mouthful of water (though there are a few who would doubtless complain). It is probably ideal for those who are seeking to re-establish balance not just in the gut but within the constitution; it is likely to help those who are trying to create a better regime and rhythm within. I am not sure that on its own as a supplement it would achieve a great deal...but this would be true of probiotics in general. It is competitively priced. Personally, I would buy it again.

This is definitely a broad spectrum probiotic, and that's a bonus. It has been proven that the bigger the diversity of helpful bacteria in your gut microbiome, generally the healthier you are as a person. This is why I try to eat a wide range of natural and fermented foods, and why I take broad spectrum supplements like this. I have experienced no side effects from taking these. Saying that, in my experience if you do, it's simply because you are introducing a new bacteria, and your gut is re-balancing itself. Any effects usually disappear after a couple of weeks when things have come back into equilibrium and your new expanded microbiome has established itself. So a temporary slight tummy upset can be a good sign. The reason I'm awarding four, rather than five stars, is the price of this supplement. It's high, compared to competitors, so the value for money score is low, and it drags down the average.

It helps! Today I am literally at last capsule, it has helped improve the IBS. Would say it completely resilved the issue but definitely had significant reduction in lot of issues. Reordering it today.

On behalf of my partner, so far, so good! Bought for him to help him recover from a recent IV antibiotic drip in hospital and further oral infections course. Seems to be working well in replenishing the good bacteria as he is getting better each day.

Easy to take, no aftertaste, and no stomach issues. The capsules are a good size—not too big—and don’t have that chalky or overpowering probiotic smell. After a couple of weeks, digestion felt more balanced, and bloating was noticeably reduced. The strain variety and CFU count are solid, and it’s great that it’s dairy- and soy-free. No refrigeration needed, which makes it convenient for travel. A bit on the pricey side, but if you’re looking for a high-quality, once-a-day probiotic, this one delivers.
