Wow, this is a knife!!
If Crocodile Dundee made brisket, this would be the knife he would use! I have never seen a knife this sharp, it is a joy to use. Comes with a plastic sheath, which is useful to keep it away from the kids. This is a serious tool and needs respect, but it is absolutely amazing at cutting brisket or any other meat you use it on.
