I’ve been taking these Myo-Inositol gummies for two months now. At first, I didn’t believe they would make a difference. During the first week I had a bit of a headache and strong sugar cravings, but after that I noticed something amazing — the sugar cravings disappeared, I started to lose some weight, and my skin condition improved. I have PCOS, and since taking these, my periods have become less painful and my anxiety has gone down noticeably. This has a pleasant taste of pineapples. I have been struggling with hormones, muscle aches, & difficulty falling a sleep. This supplement has been a key to unlocking what my body was lacking. I have noticed my weight loss shift past my plato after 1 wk of faithful bedtime use, the ability to fall & stay a sleep and wake rested with out grogginess during the day and have energy during the day to exercise with muscle fatique. Also I dont crave sweets while taking this. Dr approved of the dosing of the inositoL for sugar/ insulin regulation to help with hormones. At this point I would say it is effective, ease in chewing fully to dissolve and drink back with water with NO chalky or residue left on my teeth. I really liked these inositol gummies. They are easy to chew and have a pleasant flavour. I love that they combine Myo-Inositol and D-Chiro Inositol along with vitamins and minerals such as D3, zinc and omega-3. So I been taking this vitamin for a week or so now for my pcos. and I have noticed some changes in my mood and my body hormones. I have always struggled with a dark spot underneath my mouth and I always felt insecure about it. Ever since I started taking this vitamin I have noticed it start to become less noticeable & I only been taking it for a week or so. It has all the good vitamins that most of us woman lack like vitamin D, Omega 3, and several other ones. It tastes amazing & easy to swallow too, if you like pineapple you’ll like this vitamin. My energy levels have skyrocketed and I been able to go to sleep a lot easier. I haven’t noticed any hair growth or changes in me losing so much hair because of my pcos. I like that the formula combines both inositols, since it is a commonly recommended supplement to support female health. In addition, they didn't cause me stomach upset or side effects

I like the flavor of this product, as well as how easy it is to chew & eat. Already noticing positive effects on my mood & insulin resistance. However, this is the 2nd time I have purchased a bottle & realized I was shorted of 1 gummy. While it might not seem like a big deal, this is not an inexpensive medicine, so having to buy extra bottles does add up over time. Overall a great product but I implore the company to resolve that issue.
