NAVARREZ classical guitar 4/4 brown with lightly padded bag with backpack straps and music compartment, 2 picks, NV11

This £14 Amazon Warehouse 4/4 full-sized guitar is wonderful. I decided to learn to play during our current nationwide Covid-19 lockdown and thought the low price too low to resist. It is very well made and sounds delightful to my ears. It also looks faaaaab in gorgeous black. There are some useful tutorial you tube videos to help me learn, after all, George Benson needs some real competition. Ha!

It's a nice guitar with a gig bag and picks included in the set. It was bought from Amazon Warehouse deals and described as in very good condition. However, there was a crack in the headstock and at the bottom of the guitar. It plays okay and at the price I paid I am keeping it, but the point is that Amazon should be absolutely honest when grading warehouse deals.

We bought this 1/2 size guitar for our 8 year old son. It's lovely, and he loves the gloss black finish which makes it look really cool.Good points:Good clear sound, no buzz, no squeaks.The action is spot on, strings are a perfect height for comfortable easy playing.After the initial period of strings stretching (as with all new guitar strings), it holds tune very well.Easy to hold and a nice scale length for younger players.Slight - and I mean slight - negative points:The box it was delivered in is flimsy, and in our case led to a paint chip at the top of the headstock.There are some slight finishing issues in the paint finish where the nut joins the neck, and there's a bit of a glue line on the side of the fretboard, but this is only for a few inches and not the full length of the neck. Bearing in mind the cost of the guitar and the overall high finish, this is barely noticeable.Apart from that, I am SO pleased with this guitar. It plays beautifully, and the only reason I haven't taken it for myself is that the scale length doesn't suit my big hands!

One of the screw tops for the strings were faulty and I had to mess around and move stuff around for it to work and even then it was a complete mess about.Good product but arrived faulty.

Absolutely dreadful. Arrived covered in dings. Big paint chip taken out of the headstock and numerous abrasions on the sides and back of the body.Once I’d set it up and tuned it, it managed to stay in tune for approximately 20 seconds without being touched. If you actually played a chord or even single notes it went woefully out of tune instantly. No amount of tightening did any good, it was just very badly put together. Maybe we got a bad one, who knows, but our experience of this guitar was terrible.

Great starter guitar for young beginners. Quite a high action as you move down the neck but other that that sounds ok for the price. Slightly disappointed the pack was incomplete in that the book was missing but the guitar itself is reasonable for the price.
